ENHANCED HOME CARE

Enhanced Home Care is delivered in partnership with community nursing staff and provides care and support to people with additional social care or medical needs. The assessor from Social Work Services will advise if this service is appropriate for you. Staff working in Enhanced Home Care undertake additional training and work under the supervision of community based health care professionals.
