Assistant Development Analyst (Temporary) - Cordia/ICT/WBP287

Hours of Work:                      35 hours per week
Work Pattern:                        Monday to Friday, flexibly between 8.00am and 6.00pm

We are looking for a graduate to support the Senior Development Analyst and Development Team in the delivery of effective IT solutions.  Ideally the graduate will have an IT or Business focussed degree.
The successful candidate will in turn have an opportunity to develop their career and expand their skill set within a progressive and dynamic ICT environment whilst gaining  valuable industry experience in a software analyst role involving the capture of customer requirements, ensuring the quality of software solutions and involvement in an Agile development process, specifically SCRUM. 
The main duties and responsibilities will include supporting the development lifecycle through quality assurance and acceptance testing, assist in the project management of all software developments and modelling of current and proposed processes using UML to communicate to the development team and wider organisation
In addition the role will involve liaising with end users and management to identify opportunities for efficiencies in our business processes and working with the development team to produce high quality bespoke software solutions.
You will be passionate, self-motivated and organised with the desire to add value to and be part of a highly skilled and successful team.  Additionally you will possess analytical, problem solving together with verbal and written communication skills.

Location: Blair Court
Compensation: £21,287.61 - £25,103.52 per annum
