• The home care service helps ensure that over 9,000 Glaswegians have a better quality of life. 
• User satisfaction levels were 90% in a stakeholder satisfaction survey undertaken in 2007/08.

• 91% of equipment deliveries were on time in 2007/08. 
• 80,865  items were delivered in 2007/08. 
• 12,618 items recycled in 2007/08.
